Outplacement / Career Transition Services are directed toward helping a company plan for and facilitate the execution of a reduction in the employer's workforce - whether that is for one person or a group of individuals.
These services are designed to assist all levels of employees including directors, managers, supervisors, team leaders, and hourly workers in transitioning from their previous employment to a new beginning. This new life most likely will be similar to the old one, but may be entirely new. A new industry; a new career track; a new business opportunity; higher education; semi-retirement! Individualized, personal counseling is provided to the candidate to steer him or her in the right direction based upon the needs, goals and abilities (and dreams) of the candidate.
